Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, for a department or division, primarily related to a specific organizational function. Coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and/or facility operations; completes special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: 3- 5 years administrative or project coordination experience in fast-paced environment; effective communication and project management skills; ability to effectively implement and monitor complex plans and schedules. Ability to work
effectively with internal / external groups or individuals. Strong working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software; with experience using MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred. May require ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Administrative Clerk 1&2 – Redmond, WA / Bellevue, WA

Performs a series of clerical or administrative support tasks based on a specific knowledge of functional or departmental procedures. May organize and maintain files. Uses judgment in selecting and interpreting data; answers questions regarding group procedures and handles routine problems.

REQUIREMENTS: Advanced level of office clerk, typically requiring 2+ years experience. Specialized knowledge may also be required. High school degree or equivalent required.

Administrative Assistant II

Works in a diverse and more complex environment; and includes some customer and executive contact. Performs more complex administrative activities including managing projects, composing letters and reports, preparing/editing presentations, and recommending or making purchase decisions. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications. Provides assistance and training to other administrative staff, may supervise other staff. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills. May also possess specialized industry skill/knowledge or knowledge of foreign languages. Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook calendar, or other related Web based tools.

Education: Associate degree
Shift: M-F 8:00am -5:00pm
Compensation: Up to $19.00/hr depending on experience

Administrative Assistant

Supports 3 controllers in the Components Cost Group.
This position performs diverse and highly complex administrative duties, requiring a broad range of responsibility in support of an individual or group. Work is performed within broadly defined parameters. The Senior admin establishes schedules based on department priorities and objectives, has comprehensive knowledge of the organization, administrative policies and procedures, and an understanding of the corporate environment. Work is varied, requiring flexibility, judgment, and initiative. The Senior admin often represents the manager, interacting with other groups. The Senior admin is a resource to internal and external inquiries to address a wide range of topics and provides functional leadership and work direction to less senior administrative employees.

Scope:
Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Using web based collaboration tools and info management, to optimize management time and facilitate the exchange of information
  • Prepares and monitors the manager’s schedule for upcoming deadlines and provides necessary background and details
  • Responsibilities extend beyond scheduling and may include verifying presenter(s) and/or agenda(s), as well as serving as a meeting and event coordinator owning all details to make the meeting a success
  • Assist in team recognitions and GPTW events and contribute to consistent and positive Org Health
  • Responsible for travel arrangements, coordinates supporting travel documents and prepares expense reports
  • Manage the office area including supplies, space planning and office moves
  • Process personnel and/or organization changes using online tools and maintain organization charts on a monthly basis

REQUIREMENTS: 2 to 5 years administrative experience in fast paced environment; effective communication and project management skills; demonstrates ability to change direction in response to changing work situations. Should be detail oriented and extremely organized. Working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software; with experience using MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred. May require ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
