Without being requested to do so by Encompass, SFI created a comprehensive pre-assignment orientation profile for each candidate. Prior to their position start date, each individual was given a handbook with jobsite expectations, wage, shift, and more. I was especially impressed with SFI’s pre-assignment ergonomics training and testing, and their attention to harassment in the workplace awareness and prevention.
SFI provided a very strong on-site presence, which allowed me to focus on other ETI-related issues. A trained SFI professional handled all open temporary orders and facilitated temporary employee relations and recognition at our company site.
